Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

ArchitecturePLB are continuing to work to ensure continuity of service and to protect our staff and clients during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our plans are being regularly reviewed and updated according to UK Government and NHS England guidelines.

Continuity of Service
We have put into place a number of measures to ensure that we can continue to provide a full service to our clients. Following government advice our studio locations are closed, however our teams are working from home and operating as normal through a combination of company laptops and secure remote desktop access. Team members covering childcare during school closures may be working more flexibly during this period. Our QA systems and project sharing culture mean we will be able to re-allocate resource to accommodate increased levels of sickness if required.

It is our aim to ensure that any disruption to our work is minimised. In an ideal world, you will experience little change in your dealings with us, but if you do experience any difficulties please let us know.

Deadlines
We would like to assure you that we have measures in place which will allow us to meet our current deadlines. Clearly, we all operate in a team environment, so we are reliant on others to some extent. If we become aware of any impediment to our progress, we will advise you immediately.

Communication and Meetings
To collaborate, we are using Microsoft Teams, allowing our staff to work together and attend virtual meetings and workshops. Our staff will be in contact to discuss up-coming meetings, with the aim of using remote video/audio conferencing. Please contact the person you need directly by email.
