The project is a sustainable and timely response to the growing need for affordable housing in Totton. The zero-parking proposals will feature a highly sustainable scheme designed to meet the 2025 Future Homes Standards. The site’s location within the town centre boundary called for a balance between residential and non-residential components. The result is a contextual and sympathetic design, using robust, long-lasting materials that will significantly enhance the currently derelict site.
