Jenny joined the team here at ArchitecturePLB in December 2013, and since then, she has become a key member of our support team. Jenny is responsible for the day-to-day needs of the studio that fall under the employee lifecycle and is passionate about nurturing a dynamic and supportive work environment. She is also one of our two Mental Health First Aiders and encourages many wellbeing initiatives within the Practice.

Prior to joining ArchitecturePLB Jenny worked within HR for over 10 years in the manufacturing, education and retail sectors across London and Hampshire and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Outside of work she enjoys happy times with her family, friends and her dog and is an avid enthusiast of netball - both playing and umpiring.
