Kim joined ArchitecturePLB in 2022 as a Part II Architectural Assistant after completing her Masters in Architecture at the University of Reading. Her thesis project focused on collaborative approaches to design as a method of adding social value, community empowerment and resilience within urban developments.
Since joining the firm, Kim has worked on a variety of projects across various stages and sectors. She has been heavily involved in the development of several successful planning applications and has more recently been working on the technical delivery of projects within the educational and residential sectors.
In 2024, Kim successfully completed her RIBA Part 3 at the University of Westminster, achieving her postgraduate diploma in Architectural Professional Practice. This qualification marks the final stage of her architectural education.
In her free time, Kim is an avid traveller and enjoys taking her friends on long walks across the Surrey hills where she lives.
