We bring a cross sector approach to our masterplanning projects and in recent years we have worked with a number of clients to make capital projects financially viable by consolidating their estates and releasing land for disposal.

Stakeholder and community engagement is critical to understanding the aspirations and requirements for a site. We have a ‘consultation toolbox’ which includes engagement methods from small group workshops to mass community events.
