ArchitecturePLB were selected by Pegasus Life to deliver their prestigious development at Hampstead Green Place. The scheme, on a tight urban site next to the Royal Free Hospital in Belsize Park, will provide 90 one and two bedroom apartments exclusively for those over the age of 60.

The project, designed to RIBA stage 3+ by Duggan Morris Architects, was procured via Construction Management. ArchitecturePLB worked collaboratively with Construction Manager ISG and 30 trade contractors to  complete the project in 2019.
