Shepherds Lane Planning Permission Granted!

We are delighted to announce that a resolution to grant planning permission has been passed for our proposed scheme at Shepherds Lane, Bracknell, featuring 8 new-build affordable homes, including one wheelchair-accessible home. The new homes have been arranged around a communal amenity space, which serves as a natural play area for young children and families to meet, while also retaining pedestrian access through the existing garage court.
In June 2024, the scheme's sister scheme at Merryhill Road, comprised of a further 11 affordable homes was also approved at committee. Both scheme are being developed by Abri to provide modern low energy housing for local residents.
The planning committee commended the scheme for being well planned while bringing noteworthy sustainability benefits for a scheme of it's size.
