Planning Submitted for Mercury Point PBSA

On behalf of Unite Students, ArchitecturePLB have submitted plans for the redevelopment of Mercury Point to create state of the art Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and flexible commercial floorspace (Use Class E or F1) in a landmark building of up to 21 storeys (23,705 sq.m. floorspace GIA) in central Southampton. The scheme will provide vibrant social spaces for students across multiple levels, including access to rooftop terraces, as well as flexible commercial and public realm enhancements.
