Planning Permission granted for Copenhagen Place!

We are thrilled to announce that Planning Permission has been secured for Copenhagen Place, a transformative council-led residential scheme dedicated to addressing the pressing need for affordable family homes in Tower Hamlets.
This project will deliver 16 new residential units, with half specifically designed as 3 or 4 bedroom homes, responding directly to the highest local demand. Given the challenging nature of the site, we carefully considered the impact on neighbouring properties, ensuring comfortable separation and minimal impact on daylight and sunlight.
Alongside these much-needed homes, the development will also feature a new children’s play space and enhancements to the existing urban realm, for the benefit of both new and existing local residents. We're excited to take this important step forward in creating a vibrant and supportive community at Copenhagen Place!
