Planning Permission granted for Bereweeke Road!

We are very delighted to announce that the Winchester City Planning Committee voted in favour of granting planning permission for our 32-apartment regeneration project on Bereweeke Road, in Winchester, last week.

The project will transform the site of a former care home into an equal mix of open-market and affordable one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The site presents an excellent opportunity to champion Winchester City Council’s 20-minute neighbourhood strategy, making use of local facilities and connecting public infrastructure.

ArchitecturePLB worked closely with the client, Archel Homes, along with Gillings Planning and Winchester City Council Planning and Urban Design Team to achieve this milestone. Thank you also for the input from the whole wider team. We now look forward to progressing this development on-site.
