Bay House Planning Permission Granted

We are delighted to announce that the planning permission for Bay House has been granted.

Bay House involves the replacement of an existing block of bedsit accommodation with a new 6 storey building providing 32 affordable apartments. The scheme is designed to achieve Passivhaus Classic for which ArchitecturePLB are Architect and Passivhaus Designer. Thanks to the whole team and we are looking forward to seeing it progress to site.
