Looking to the future: Planning submission for a New mixed use development on High Street, Winchester

A planning application has been submitted on behalf of PPR Estates to redevelop 149-150 High Street, Winchester. The design proposes a part new build/part office to residential conversion scheme comprised of 16 one, two and three-bed apartments and commercial space on the ground floor.

As the site is within a conservation area, our proposed design has carefully considered the materials, historical interest, views and roofscape responding to the existing architecture in the surrounding area.
 
The site also is on the boundary of the proposed Central Winchester Regeneration project that Winchester City Council is currently tendering. Our proposals seek to provide a high-quality contribution to the future of the High Street that will complement this ongoing regeneration work.
