Two of our recently completed projects have been shortlisted in the 2017 Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) London Awards.
Stapleton House in Islington is nominated in the Residential category. Sitting opposite the London Metropolitan University campus on Holloway Road, the ten-storey scheme visually and physically enhances the streetscape and continues the regeneration of the local area.
Heron Hall Academy in Enfield, which included the refurbishment and remodelling of an unoccupied, partly derelict 1930’s Grade II listed technical college building, has been shortlisted in the Building Conservation category.
The RICS Awards London showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 24 May in London, with the winners going on to compete for a RICS National award.
