ArchitecturePLB has been delivering BIM projects, using Revit software, since 2010, and we operate a BIM Maturity Level 2 Compliant environment within the practice. The requisite policies, training, hardware and software supported by investment enable us to run major projects with the process.

Our BIM base authoring software is Revit, which we have worked with since 2010, actively developing our own protocols, user policies and training during that time. We operate at Level 2 to ensure we can meet specific client needs for the BIM approach for each individual project.

We ensure that we are informed regarding the most up to date approaches across the industry through membership of the London Revit User Group, reference to recognised literature and attendance at conferences. We also use external consultancy to challenge and fine tune our in-house protocols to ensure that we maximise benefits to our clients and projects from the BIM approach. Having achieved measurable efficiency benefits in delivering projects we are now working with a number of Universities to assist them in developing their own BIM Briefs to extend the benefits beyond building delivery into the building lifecycle and facilities management processes.
