"What is particularly impressive about Quebec Park is the effort that has been made to create not just a housing development, but a self-sustaining community. At the centre of the scheme is Café 1759, a social enterprise café which has become the heart of the community. The development delivers exemplar carbon reduction standards, and care has been taken to preserve the proud military heritage of the area whilst providing modern, well performing, homes and opportunities for employment.
