Date posted: September 19, 2018

Associate, Paul Phasey will be speaking at the Winchester Guildhall on Thursday evening as part of an event to open the National Urban Design Conference. A series of ‘short sharp’ presentations will show councillors why they need best practice urban design in their town or city. Paul will be presenting Quebec Park, a development of 100 homes which is the first scheme to trial the National Energy Foundation’s Assured Performance Process Mark (APP Mark) which seeks to reduce the performance gap through energy focused design and monitoring of construction. The presentation will outline how the scheme evolved to meet the aspirations of the masterplan and also provide feedback on the implications of the use of the APP through our top three priorities for reducing the performance gap.

The event will be held at King Charles Hall, Winchester Guildhall on Thursday 20  September. Doors open at 6pm.
