Meeting London’s school needs

Date posted: February 1, 2017

For the duration of February we will be showcasing a range of projects for which a successful estates rationalisation strategy has been instrumental in realising ambitious capital projects. Combined with our cross-sector experience, our expertise in optimising organisations’ built assets has allowed us to deliver many projects, from residential through to education and health sectors, for clients whose needs could not be met without our creative vision for their overall estate.

In keeping with this theme, ArchitecturePLB director, Rachel Shaw, will be part of a panel of speakers at a half day conference on ‘Meeting London’s school needs’ at New London Architecture next Wednesday 8 February.

The conference will explore how local authorities and the built environment sector can respond with innovation and partnerships to help ensure London delivers the number of school places it needs; new models that are being explored and how we can ensure good design sits at the forefront of future school building programmes.
